Radical Firearms AR-15 MHR: Ultimate Modern Sporting Rifle

The Radical Firearms AR-15 MHR 5.56mm NATO 16in Black Anodized Semi Automatic Modern Sporting Rifle stands at the forefront of performance, precision, and customization. Designed for shooters who demand the very best in reliability, this RF-15 builds on the AR-15 platform’s legendary modularity with a MIL-STD 7075-T6 upper and lower receiver and Radical’s proprietary 15-inch Modular Handguard Rail (MHR). Whether you’re competing in three-gun matches, hunting medium-game, or training for self-defense, the AR-15 MHR delivers consistency shot after shot.

Precision Barrel & Free-Float Handguard

At the heart of the RF-15 is a 16-inch, 1:7 twist, chrome-moly steel barrel chambered in 5.56mm NATO. This barrel length strikes the perfect balance between maneuverability and ballistic performance, providing a flat trajectory out to 500 yards and beyond. The barrel is mated to Radical Firearms’ 15-inch MHR free-float handguard, engineered from lightweight aluminum and hard-coat anodized for durability. The free-float design eliminates pressure on the barrel, enhancing accuracy potential with every round fired. Integrated M-LOK slots and Picatinny rail sections allow you to mount optics, lights, lasers, bipods, and other accessories exactly where you need them.

Ergonomics & Adjustable Stock

Comfort and control are key in high-stress shooting environments, and the Radical Firearms AR-15 MHR addresses both with premium components. The four-position B5 Systems Bravo stock provides consistent cheek weld and adjustable length of pull, accommodating shooters of all sizes and gear configurations. The Black B5 Type 23 grip offers an ergonomic angle and textured surface for a secure hold in any weather. Together, these features reduce shooter fatigue and increase follow-up shot speed.

Durable Finish & Reliable Components

The entire rifle is finished in hard-coat anodized black, offering exceptional resistance to wear, corrosion, and the harshest field conditions. Both upper and lower receivers are machined from MIL-STD 7075-T6 aluminum for maximum strength-to-weight ratio. The semi-automatic Smith & Wesson style bolt carrier group is MPI and high-pressure tested, ensuring safe, reliable operation through thousands of rounds. A Mil-Spec trigger group provides a crisp break and short reset for fast, controlled shooting.

Versatile 5.56mm NATO Cartridge

Chambered in the versatile 5.56mm NATO cartridge, the RF-15 offers low recoil, flat trajectory, and excellent terminal performance with a wide variety of bullet types and weights. With a 30+1 round capacity, you’ll have ample firepower for competition or duty use. The 1:7 twist rate stabilizes heavy match projectiles up to 77 grains, making this rifle a superb choice for precision shooting and varmint control.

Customization & Upgradability

The modular nature of the AR-15 platform makes the Radical Firearms MHR a dream for upgrades. Swap barrels, handguards, triggers, or bolt carrier groups in minutes using standard tools. The full-length Picatinny top rail on the upper receiver allows seamless mounting of scopes, red dots, or backup iron sights, while side and bottom M-LOK slots accommodate foregrips, lights, and sling mounts. Build the ultimate rifle tailored to your mission profile in minutes.
