F1 Firearms parts and other components in Texas
Handguards, barrels, bolt carrier groups, muzzle devices, triggers and lower parts kits ship straight to your Texas address; they are not firearms under federal law. Stripped lowers, complete lowers and matched receiver sets are serialized firearms and ship to your FFL dealer, where you must be 21 to take a receiver. Texas has no feature rules or assault-weapon law, so any AR configuration is legal to build and own here. We stock F1 Firearms parts ourselves and can confirm fit before you order.
