Ordering gear in Texas
Holsters, slings, cases, cleaning kits, safes and other gear ship straight to your Texas address by ground with no restriction. A quick-access safe matters more here than most people think: Penal Code 46.13 makes it an offense to leave a readily dischargeable firearm where a child under 17 is likely to get it. If you carry under permitless carry or with an LTC, Texas requires a handgun carried in public to be in a holster. Our Texas gun laws page has the rest.
