### Arsenal SAM5: A Robust 5.56x45mm Semi-Automatic AK-Style Rifle with Modular Picatinny Rail System

The Arsenal SAM5 stands out as a meticulously crafted semi-automatic rifle chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO (.223 Remington). It features a solid, hammer-forged milled receiver combined with the innovative AR-M5F Picatinny rail platform. This AK-inspired firearm comes equipped with a serialized 30-round Circle 10 magazine, offering shooters exceptional flexibility and reliability for modern tactical and sporting use.

### Enhanced Tactical Versatility and Accessory Compatibility

Engineered for adaptability, the SAM5 boasts Picatinny rails on three sides of its lower handguard, allowing seamless attachment of various optics, grips, lights, and other tactical gear. Its 16.3-inch chrome-lined barrel, also hammer-forged, ensures durability and consistent accuracy. Threaded 14x1mm left-hand, the barrel supports the installation of a detachable muzzle brake, enabling users to tailor recoil management and muzzle flash suppression to their needs.

Additional tactical refinements include the FIME Enhanced Fire Control Group, which delivers a crisp and reliable trigger pull, a cleaning rod, bayonet lug, and rugged black polymer furniture. The rifle is fitted with a US-made 10-inch intermediate-length trapdoor buttstock, providing an ergonomic 13.4-inch length of pull for comfortable handling. The package is rounded out with a scope rail, sling, oil bottle, and cleaning kit, making the SAM5 a ready-to-use solution for both tactical scenarios and recreational shooting.

### Premium Build Quality with All-New Components

Every part of the SAM5 is brand new, including the AR-M5F rail system and the Bulgarian hot-die hammer-forged receiver, bolt, and bolt carrier group. Arsenal utilizes manufacturing methods inspired by Steyr to produce a cold hammer-forged barrel featuring a hard-chrome plated bore and chamber. This process significantly enhances barrel longevity and corrosion resistance. When paired with US or imported magazines, the rifle meets 922(r) compliance standards, ensuring legal ownership within the United States.

### Designed for Durability and Reliable Accuracy

The SAM5 merges classic AK design principles with contemporary enhancements, making it a standout in the American firearms market. Its intermediate-length trapdoor buttstock and removable muzzle device are crafted to deliver decades of dependable performance and precision. This rifle is highly regarded by collectors and shooting enthusiasts alike for its exceptional craftsmanship and lasting reliability.

### Arsenal’s Hammer-Forged Milled Receiver: Superior Strength and Precision

Unlike many AK receivers machined from bar stock, the SAM5’s receiver is forged from a hot-die hammer-forged blank produced in Bulgaria by Arsenal. This advanced forging technique imparts superior structural strength and a refined grain structure. The five-ton hammer forging process eradicates internal flaws and residual stresses, resulting in a receiver that is both more durable and dimensionally precise.

After forging, the receiver blank undergoes over 5.5 hours of meticulous milling before final assembly, reflecting Arsenal’s commitment to quality and resilience. This labor-intensive production ensures the SAM5 receiver delivers unmatched toughness and accuracy, setting a benchmark for rifles in its class.
