A matched receiver set is the foundation of an F1 Firearms build, and we stock the UDR-15, BDRx-15 and FDR-15 upper and lower pairs ourselves, skeletonized and solid, in anodized black and Cerakote. Billet pairs are machined to fit each other, which is why they sell as sets. The lower is a firearm under federal law, so a receiver set ships to the Texas FFL you name at checkout, where you must be 21 and complete Form 4473 and the NICS check; Texas adds no permit, no waiting period and no feature rules on how you build it.
